As Creative Director at Oxbow, my focus was on shaping collections that pushed creativity and innovation for a constantly evolving global market. Once the design direction was set, I defined product segmentation and established a cohesive visual identity across all categories — including apparel, outerwear, surf gear, and accessories for men, women, and juniors (over 250 styles per season).

My role also encompassed leading the creative department — a team of 15 designers, along with external freelancers and agencies — and managing the overall design budget.
