My role as Creative Director was to produce the most contemporary and innovative collections possible for an ever evolving market. Once the Design direction was defined, product segmentation was established with a consistent identity across apparel, outerwear, surf product and accessories for men, women and junior (250 references). My role extended to the management of the creative department (15 designers with freelancers and agencies) and the design budget.
