PROBLEM: Interviews with users proved that the brand’s values and mission statement were not resonating when interacting with social media. Another insight was that for a Premium brand we appeared Amateur. As a brand who’s mission is to inspire people to connect with nature we were not achieving our goal.


SOLUTION: In order to aquire imagery that captures the brands values (mental fortitude, focus on function and connected to nature), inspire people to get outdoors and be perceived as a premium brand I took over the Artistic direction of the photoshoots and created a prototype of the what our instagram could look like if we were loyal to our vision. Further interviews and testing proved this made a positive difference and our community has grown steadily since.
