Choclo Project
The idea for Choclo Project came during a trip to South America in 2008. While travelling and surfing along the west coast I was invited to visit an orphanage in Lima. Other than the unexplainable joy of the children what really struck me that day were their drawings that were pinned up on the wall. The combination of their talent and my background in design would create a fomula that would help pay for their education while building life skills and self esteem at the same time. This is what that initial meeting became over a period of 6 years.
