At Billabong, I led the design and management of the outerwear and accessory collections, ensuring each season delivered products that were both innovative and commercially strong. I defined range, color palettes, fabrics, and product enhancements while overseeing a womenswear designer graphic designer to maintain a cohesive visual identity across the line.
Collaboration was key: I ran brainstorming and product enhancement sessions with the snowboard Pro team to develop Pro-model collections, and coordinated trims, catalogues, swing-tags, and in-store displays to ensure consistent brand presentation. By integrating insights from global markets, including inspiration and production trips abroad, we were able to create collections that resonated with customers and aligned with market trends worldwide.

• Complete design of men's outerwear and accessory collection • Management of graphic designer • Construction of range, colors and fabric development • Presentation of the range and evaluation of sales figures and forecasts with sales team and product manager • Trims and catalogue development and briefing for swing-tags and P.O.P. displays • Brainstorming and product enhancement sessions with snowboard team to create collection of Pro-models • Production trips to Asia and inspiration trips around the globe.
