SERVICE NSW - Households could save hundreds of dollars on their energy bills by quickly changing their electricity deals through Service NSW’s free Energy Switch, in what will be a major shakeup for electricity retailers.

After recently launching our MVP I am now focused on translating insights from our Pilot test and user interviews into new features and improvements to what has been a highly successful launch. I have also been mentoring and collaborating with students at Academy Xi and together exploring the mobile space and the challenges we face with downloading and uploading files.
